Taylor is happy to be back in the south and looking forward to performing at Smith’s bar in Atlanta. He played there in his pre idol days and loves Atlanta!

Taylor Hicks performed with the David Ray band at America’s Backyard in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. It looks like a huge crowd and they are LOVING it! They brought the house down!! Thanks Sparkster65 for the videos.
I heard this fun story today from one of Taylor’s fans. She said that her friend is a nurse and works with one of the people who works on the Grease tour. Her friend gave both of their addresses to the woman who works for Grease and today she recieved an autographed picture of Taylor in the mail that says “Barb! Thanks for being my biggest fan” and her friend also got a picture that said “Erin! Thanks for being my second biggest fan.” Taylor suggested to them that they take their picture with his pictures and send it back to him. They are having so much fun with this. Taylor is a riot and he is excellent to his fans! Gotta love the guy!

Jeanni you asked me if I had a picture of Taylor in his new jacket and shirt that he wore for that video so I went on a hunt. Here it is.

..and when I was on my search I ran across a few more pictures that I want to share just because they’re hot as hell.

That new jacket and shirt is very sharp looking but you can’t discount Taylor in a white shirt! THUD!!

and he doesn’t look too bad in black either

A couple of nights ago the Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper took his daughter to enjoy see Grease at the National Arts Center in Ottawa Canada. What an honor that was for Taylor and the rest of the Grease cast. Here are some great pics from that night.

Taylor Hicks talks a bit about the Grease show in Ottowa and sings his current single Seven Mile Breakdown. I love the acoustic version of this song. He’s looking might sharp in his new jacket and dark blue shirt. Once again he gets complimented about his shoes. Gotta love a guy with great shoes and the feet to fill them out.
This is exciting!! Taylor is playing at the Epcot Center. I haven’t been to Disney World there since I was 8 years old. It may be a fun time to have a vacation!

Taylor Hicks is on the cover of the July issue of Birmingham magazine. Taylor is on their Hot List and looking at this picture I can see how they came to that decision. Dayum!!

The magazine has a very good article inside. I can’t wait to order a copy!
Last night Taylor Hicks put on the most amazing acoustic concert at the Magic Bag in Detroit, MI. Taylor along with Brian Less on the keyboard, John Kulinich on guitar, and Jason Crocker on bass put on a show that moved and wowed the audience that was lucky enough to attend. I have always loved the Taylor that rocks out on stage so I really didn’t think I’d want to see an entire acoustic set but after watching those videos and melting into a puddle on the floor I would so love Taylor to do an acoustic tour someday. I’ll keep that on my wishlist.
